Learn how to shop for ingredients and prepare a meal like one of Philly's best chefs! This new, intimate monthly afterhours dinner series will highlight how the Market can provide everything that you need to make a chef caliber meal at home. During the tour the chef will show you how to choose the best ingredients for your meal and where they chose to source them from within the Market. Next, they will walk you through a step-by-step demonstration on how to make one of the courses on the evening’s menu using the ingredients that were just purchased. Finally, you will be experiencing gustatory bliss as you enjoy a one-of-a-kind multi-course, seasonal dinner prepared in the open kitchen.

Tour leaves at 5:40pm from City Kitchen, dinner to follow.

THIS EVENT IS BYOB
This event is BYOB, so please bring your favorite drink to pair with your meal. The Pennsylvania Pour Collective (a collection of 5 local distillaries within Reading Terminal Market) will be open until 6 pm if you prefer spirits.

The next dinner in the series will be cooked by Executive Chef Ari Miller and Chef Nicole Suanlarm, owners of the new "Relationship Cuisine" BYOB called MUSI on Front & Morris Streets.

Seared calamari/cuttlefish salad
Marinated calamari a la plancha, tossed with greens and lemon

Fish kebab, hummus and pita

Pasta wrapped scallops, bacon and brassica
Scallops wrapped in handmade pasta on brassica cooked in bacon

Fresh fruit, fresh cream
Freshest fruit the market has on offer with lightly whipped Lancaster cream
